NBIS is excited to announce the addition of Bart Chapman to our Claims team! Bart will serve as AVP Claims, focusing on commercial claims, and joins our team of industry experts with over 20 years of experience in insurance claims.
As AVP Claims, Bart will manage and oversee complex claims, work with our underwriting team on renewal accounts, and support the NBIS broker and producer population. He will also develop relationships with insurance agency partners, our core insurance markets, and act as a key resource for our claims and underwriting teams.
Before joining the NBIS team, Bart built his career working in senior-level claims management, litigation management, and corporate process improvement efforts. He has previously held positions with Zurich North America, Carolina Casualty Insurance Group, and CCMSI Inc.
