For the latest installment of #TeamTuesday, we’re shining the spotlight on Kyle Rask, Program Manager of Concrete Pumping.
Kyle joined NBIS in 2017 and finds himself energized daily by his teammates.
“NBIS is a great environment, and every program manager is passionate about the industry they serve. We all put in the work and enjoy the experience,” Kyle said.
A former concrete pumping professional, Kyle is now in a position to impact the entire concrete pumping insurance industry, rather than a single organization. When NBIS offered him a Program Manager role, Kyle accepted because of his overwhelmingly positive experience as one of NBIS’ insureds.
“I was presented with a great opportunity to join the [NBIS] team and help everyone in the heavy construction industry,” he said.
In three years and counting with NBIS, Kyle continues to make lasting memories with his team. His favorite NBIS moments come during Management Team Dinners.
“There are too many laughs to pick one!” he said.
When Kyle isn’t working with his team or helping protect concrete pumping clients, he likes to explore the scenic nature of the Pacific Northwest and work with LEGOs.
