Bill Tepe

President

In his role as President of NBIS, Bill is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction of the organization. With over forty years of finance and management experience, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to the NBIS organization. Prior to joining the company, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of American Safety Insurance Company. Before that, he worked with companies such as USF&G, W.R. Berkley, and GAB Robins.

Bill completed his undergraduate studies at Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA, with a B.S. in Accounting and his graduate studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Continuing Studies, where he earned an M.S. in Finance. He is a licensed C.P.A. by the state of Maryland.
