Catering to businesses with annual revenues between $75,000 and $2.5 million, this program is an embodiment of our continued industry commitment to provide targeted, risk-management-based insurance solutions.

Our newest program was crafted by a specialized team that boasts over 25 years of expertise in specialty construction (heavy iron) underwriting, ensuring that each policy is underwritten with the highest level of proficiency and attention to the unique needs of the heavy construction market.

For this program, we are proud to join forces with an A (Excellent) Rated (A.M. Best) market partner, bringing you the reliability and trust that your business deserves.

Key Features of the Program:

  1. Diverse Coverage: Our program offers General Liability (Non-Admitted), Commercial Auto (Admitted), Excess (Non-Admitted), and Inland Marine/Property (Non-Admitted) coverages. These coverages are designed specifically for industry accounts that derive at least 75% of their revenue from rental of owned contractors' equipment with operator and/or rigging, moving, installation, or storage of machinery and equipment.
  2. Competitive Deductibles: For Crane, Rigging & Concrete Pumping, the minimum deductible is $1,000*, and for Equipment Dealer Operations, it is $2,500 (* based on revenue).
  3. Minimum Years of Experience: We cater to businesses with a minimum of five years of operating experience, considering new ventures as well.

Additionally, our newest program is available in all 50 States, excluding territories, and offers both Admitted & Non-Admitted Paper. We aim to provide comprehensive coverage while also maintaining competitive pricing and accessibility. However, it’s important to note that while we do indeed offer a comprehensive suite of coverages, our program does not include Workers’ Compensation.
